Fetuccini carbonara

Ingredients

Servings: 2



250 g pulp fetuccini
2 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup cream
1 egg, beaten
30 g Parmesan cheese
Preparation method


Preparation: 10min> Cooking: 15min> Ready in: 25min

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well.
While preparing the pasta, cook bacon and onion in a pan with a little oil for 3-4 minutes, until the bacon is browned well and the onion is softened. Add the cream and let it boils.
Add paste and cooked in a large bowl and pour the cream with bacon. Add egg and half the cheese. Stir well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Serve the pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese.
